Auto-NGS 100R can construct 24 sample libraries in one run. Based on the direct loading of nucleic acid samples, fully automatic library construction can be realized: fragmentation, end repair, adapter connection, PCR amplification, library mixing, etc. Compared with Auto-NGS 100, nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification and library mixing functions have been added.
